12.22.23 Grant Park Phillips Crossing Site Review Report and Supporting Documents

Reference is made to you correspondence and attachments of November 20, 2023, and my correspondence of December 1, 2023, and attachments. We have not received any response from you to my correspondence of December 1, 2023.

The Banner Associates Phillips Crossing Development Certificate of Inspection and the Banner Associates Grant Park Addition Development Certificate of Completion are erroneous certifications, as plainly demonstrated by the following (in addition to Stockwell Engineers did not provide any engineering certification):

1. Grant Park Capital – Phillips Crossing 2023-12 Site Review Prepared by ISG, Inc., with supporting photographs of deficient conditions and descriptions by categories of those deficiencies with specific references to each development’s Plans and Specifications prepared by your client’s engineering firms, Stockwell Engineers and Banner Associates;

1. ISG Shared File Link with supporting construction documents highlighted for easy reference: (link redacted, all attachments are included on this page.)

Additional copies of my correspondence of December 1, 2023 are also attached, which addresses the requirements for the second detention pond.
